DISCLOSURE

We are not licensed to practice in Quebec and cannot offer information related to QC Immigration programs.

This booking is for a consultation for the period you booked and will be as per the conditions set out in the initial consultation agreement as listed on our website.

There are nearly 100 Canadian immigration programs. It is practically not possible for the consultant to be familiar and updated with all the requirements, criteria, changes, and updates at all times. If need be, the consultant may at his discretion email you with follow-up details as discussed during the consultation. The consultant may also not be familiar with the regulatory requirements of different occupations for each province as this varies and it’s a vast subject that needs a detailed review.

This consultation may be recorded for our record, reference, and quality checks. If you do not wish the consultation to be recorded, then let the consultant know at the start of the call. By proceeding to book the call, you give your consent and agree for the call to be recorded. Recordings cannot be shared due to the large file size.

Unfortunately, we do not have any provision for responding to any follow-up questions once the consultation has been concluded. If you need to, you may book another consultation at your convenience.

CANCELLATION POLICY
(1) Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur an administrative fee, which includes spot reservation and payment processing costs. This fee may be up to 50% of the total payment, with the remainder eligible for a refund.
(2) No refunds or rescheduling are available for no-shows, late arrivals, client-side issues (such as network problems, technical difficulties, or time-zone confusion), or cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment.
(3) To reschedule an appointment, please email us at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled time.
(4) No refunds will be provided after the completion of the online or in-person consultation. Refer to the Initial Consultation Agreement for further details.
