Immigrate

A points-based system for skilled workers under the Federal Skilled Worker Program, Federal Skilled Trades Program, and Canadian Experience Class.

Allows provinces and territories to nominate individuals who have the skills, education and work experience to contribute to their economy.

Program under that enables Canadian citizens and permanent residents to sponsor family members if eligibility criteria is met.

Humanitarian and Compassionate considerations allow individuals to apply for permanent residence on exceptional grounds and who typically do not meet the usual requirements for PR.

The Business and Entrepreneur stream in Canada immigration is designed to attract individuals with entrepreneurial skills and business experience to contribute to Canada’s economic growth.
